Therapy24x7 is a NYC group psychotherapy practice based in Midtown Manhattan with online sessions across New York State. Our clinical team includes LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, and LCAT-LP clinicians. We are in-network with Cigna and Aetna, see adult clients on weekly depth-focused work, and run an in-house clinical training program for LMSW, LCAT-LP, and recent-graduate clinicians earning hours or building post-licensure depth. Senior clinician, weekly depth caseload
For fully licensed LCSWs who want to hold a depth-focused adult caseload. Weekly insight-oriented work, no session count caps, in-network billing handled centrally. Includes peer consultation and case conference.
Adult clinical caseload, weekly rhythm
For fully licensed LMHCs who want to work weekly with adults in NYC. Strong fit for psychodynamic, relational, or insight-oriented orientations. In-network billing handled. Peer consultation included.
Creative arts therapy with adults
For fully licensed LCATs ready to hold an adult depth-focused caseload. The practice supports integrative work where the creative arts modality is the route into the deeper material. Strong supervision culture.
Training program path with LCSW supervision
For LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure. Part of our in-house clinical training program: qualifying supervision under our Clinical Director and senior LCSWs, adult caseload, weekly rhythm, in-network billing handled.
Training program path under LCAT supervision
For LCAT-LPs accumulating supervised hours toward full LCAT licensure. Part of our in-house clinical training program: senior LCAT supervision, adult caseload built to the LP scope of practice, full administrative support.

Real clinical training program
Our in-house clinical training program provides qualifying supervision to LMSWs (under LCSWs) and LCAT-LPs (under LCATs). Peer consultation and case conference are open to all clinicians.
Hybrid Midtown + online statewide
The practice has a Midtown Manhattan office and runs HIPAA-secure online sessions across New York State. Flexibility on how you split the week.

What applicants ask before they send a resume.
Is the clinical training program paid?
Yes. All training program roles, including LMSW and LCAT-LP paths, are paid positions at the practice. The training program runs in parallel to your paid caseload and does not replace compensation.
What does the clinical training program include?
The training program provides qualifying clinical supervision: LMSWs are supervised by our Clinical Director and senior LCSWs; LCAT-LPs are supervised by senior LCATs. All training-track clinicians are invited to peer consultation and case conference.
Do I need to live in NYC?
You need to be licensed (or LP-eligible) to practice in New York State and able to come to the Midtown Manhattan office on a regular cadence. Many of our clinicians split the week between Midtown and online.
What is the caseload size?
Adult caseloads are built around weekly rhythm. Specific volume depends on your scope of practice and role. We do not set arbitrary visit count quotas.
What insurance does the practice take?
We are in-network with Cigna and Aetna. Out-of-network superbill is offered for other carriers. Billing is centralized so clinicians do not handle it personally.
Are recent graduates considered?
Yes. Recent graduates and clinical students can apply to our training program for placement and supervised hours. The training program runs year-round.
